Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Furniture showing any signs of assembly, use, or damage may be subject to a reduced refund or refusal.

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Complete the Return Form

Fill out our return request form with the following information:

• Order number and date
• Customer name and contact information
• Item(s) to be returned with product names and SKU numbers
• Reason for return
• Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit)

Step 3: Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials. Please ensure the item is protected during transit.

Step 4: Arrange Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Important Refund Notes
