Exchange Process
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style (subject to availability). The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please note that price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture – Items specifically crafted to your specifications
- Clearance or Final Sale Items – As marked at time of purchase
All items must be returned in original, saleable condition. Furniture showing signs of assembly, use, or damage may be subject to reduced refund or refusal.
